Job responsibilities:
Investor Education Planning - Develop and implement educational programs, transforming investment strategies and market analyses provided by various working departments into marketing materials to assist clients in making investment decisions.

Online Trading Platform Operations and Support - Manage and operate online trading platforms to enhance user experience, while also conducting operations for the associated platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting - Collect and analyze platform operational data, compile operational reports, and provide data support for app optimization and other related decision-making.

Online Channel Promotion Promote newly launched financial products and marketing campaigns, explore collaborations with external institutions to expand the platform's influence.

Job requirements:
Master's degree or above, fresh graduates in Finance, IT, or related fields;

Minimum 1 year of work experience in financial industry or Internet finance

Priority given to candidates with management experience in well-known internet companies or fintech firms, or those who have been key project leaders; CFA charter holders are also preferred;

Young and ambitious, proactive and eager to take on challenges, with a strong sense of responsibility and innovative spirit;

任职资格:
硕士研究生及以上学历,金融、IT等相关专业应届毕业生;

具有1年以上金融行业或互联网金融工作经验者;

具有知名金融机构、金融科技公司部门管理或重点项目负责人经验者优先;CFA持证人优先;

年轻有为、积极主动、勇于挑战,具有较强的责任心和创新精神;
