We are looking for Architectural Designer/ Interior Designer (2-5 years of experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Working with Studio Partners/ Architectural Designer on the architectural and interior research and design process.

Handling and Managing the production of presentation material, including rendering, model making and drawings, etc.

Develop project Tender and Construction drawings

Handling and Managing project communication and response to enquiry

Coordinate with the Contractor and manufacturing factory

Site visit – Including site survey and construction stage site visit

Report to Studio Partners/ Senior Architectural Designer

Passionate in design details and strive for perfection

Requirements:
Bachelor or above holder in Interior Design or Architecture related field

Minimum 2 to 5 years in architecture or interior related field

Proficient in Written Chinese and Spoken Mandarin and able to communicate smoothly with manufacturer in China

Proficient in 3D modelling and rendering (Rhino and Enscape)

Proficient in 2D drawings and construction drawing set (Rhino)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and Enscape

Individuals with passions in Design, Art and Culture are preferred

Immediate availability is preferred
