Main customers : Government, public utilities, property developers, architects, contractors & consultants in Hong Kong

We are looking for Project Sales Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to General Manager

Responsible for business development of lighting projects and solution

Work with management in project planning, quotations, tendering and specification and follow up progress of major projects in Hong Kong

To build strong, trusted & long-term relationships with developers, architects, contractors & consultants

Identify customer needs, actively participate in sales programs to expand sales results of existing and new customers

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Handle technical inquiries, provide quality after-sales installation, maintenance & repair support to customers

Work with technical team to ensure the company's solutions stay updated with industry developments

Tertiary education in Mechanical/ Electrical / Civil / Building Services Engineering / Business Administration

5+ years of Sales/Project experience in lighting industry

Experience in handling projects of Government or public sector is a big plus

1+ year of tender experience

Strong connections with Property Developers, Architects, Designers & Contractors

Strong project sales management skills

Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

5 days work

Annual leave : 12 days

13 months salary

Quarterly incentive
