Responsibilities:
Handle leasing activities and leasing negotiation

Formulate marketing strategies and prepare marketing collateral for leasing activities

Conduct market research and analysis for commercial properties

Build and maintain good relationship with clients and property agents

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably with a property developer
