Assistant Accounting Officer

Your role:

• Carry out accounts payable functions
• Be responsible for tasks relevant to the role such as verification of vendor invoice; payment processing, bank reconciliation
• Work in conjunction with internal parties to handle general enquires
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

To succeed in this role:

• DSE / Diploma / Higher Diploma holder (fresh graduates are also welcomed)
• Relevant experience in Finance industry and ERP system will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Fast learners with less working experience (or fresh graduate) may also be considered. Higher caliber candidate may be considered as Accounting Officer.
