We are looking for an Assistant Cost Accountant / Assistant Cost Controller based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As an Assistant Cost Accountant / Assistant Cost Controller, we rely on you to:

Act as a key player in the team and directly report to the Cost Controller
Facilitate month end closing, including journals preparation, stock reconciliation and physical stock count
Prepare analysis report, including cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and Cost Controller’s reports
Assist in executing the Hotel’s policies and comply with the requirement of internal control per Controller’s Checklist
Support Operation Departments on pricing update, management of point-of-sales systems and purchase requisitions
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor

We are looking for someone who has:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Hotel Management or related disciplines
Preferably a year of experience in Accounting or Audit
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in SCM and Infrasys would be an advantage
Independent and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduates are welcomed
