My client is a Global Luxury Group, and they are looking for an Assistant CRM Manager/CRM Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. The role will mainly be supporting the team in driving the company's customer relationship management initiatives. You will work closely with the CRM team to optimize customer data, implement targeted marketing campaigns, and enhance the overall customer journey.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyse customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify insights and trends.
Collaborate with the CRM team to develop customer segmentation strategies.
Support the implementation of data-driven personalization initiatives.
Help develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, SMS, etc.).
Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging campaign content.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Gather and analyze customer data to generate reports and dashboards.
Interpret data insights and present findings to the CRM Manager and other stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and implementing analytical tools to improve data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the data and IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
6 years of experience in a CRM or customer engagement role, preferably in the luxury or retail industry, candidate with more experience will consider as Manager
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
Proficient in using CRM software, customer data management tools, and marketing automation platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and industry best practices in customer experience management
Passion for the luxury retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
