You will be working for a 298-room hotel, which is only a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station. We would like you to join us as one of our penta team members.

We are seeking a person who can support our Hotel in maximizing Hotel’s revenue.

Responsibilities:
Delivering analytical data to management, along with insights on market promotions, yield management, and competitor analysis.

Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns.

Managing online distribution channels, updating content, and coordinating joint promotions.

Building and maintaining relationships with online travel agents, digital media, and promotional partners.

Overseeing social media activities, SEO/SEM, and short video content creation.

Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, marketing plans, and hotel budgets.

Supporting pricing strategies and system setups with online travel agents.

Ready to join Penta:
if you have:
A degree holder in Hospitality Management or Marketing is preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in hotel industry, including a minimum of 2 years in digital marketing or online platforms.

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong bilingual copywriting skills.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and social skills.

Good skills in Excel, social media and photography.
