Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B and performance management, etc.
• Review and monitor HR daily operations and provide solutions when necessary.
• Analyze and identify business demand and needs, develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs.
• Assist in various C&B programs e.g. salary review and benchmarking.
• Perform full spectrum of human resources management functions.
• Provide all-round support to HR operations and services.
• Assist in research and review of policies and procedures.
• Participate in ad hoc human resource initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent professional level in Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in full spectrum of Human Resources Management;
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and related legislation in Hong Kong;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing;
• Detail-oriented, good analytical skill and proactive
