Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Responsible for C&B functions, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, taxation, and EC case
Manage C&B projects, such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Bonus, Market Salary Benchmarking, Annual Insurance Renewal etc.
Prepare monthly C&B related report
Handle relocation arrangement, housing and visa application for incoming expat
Liaise with tax consultants on tax reporting of expat
Act as HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR advice to colleagues and management
Liaise and manage HR service provider for continuous improvement on HR Process and reporting to enhance efficiency on HR Operations
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities
Review and streamline HR procedures
Handle HR related audit and Internal Control System (ICS) controls
Any ad-hoc HR projects / tasks

Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources
At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in the field of Key Account. Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Senior Executive - Human Resources"
Hands-on experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions
Experience with HRIS and international working environment are highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin, both written and oral
Good presentation, strong communications and inter-personal skills; well organized with an attention to detail
Pro-active, mature, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
