- Manage, advise and support users with HR technology and tools such as Workday, People Soft, UKG Scheduling/Time & Attendance and Talent Link
- Drive HR digital initiatives and aligning teams
- Proactively manage changes to HR projects, including scope, schedule, quality, and costs
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams and vendors
- Identify communication and training needs and developing appropriate materials
- Anticipate and proactively resolve risks and issues
- Ability to coordinate and align roundtable of internal stakeholders including HR and IT, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives, milestones or reach consensus
- Solution orientated with ability to drive positive outcomes and narrow gaps in understanding
- Highly adaptable to changing priorities
- Team player and willing to contribute the ‘extra mile’ when required
- Exposure to either HR digital transformation projects, consulting or software implementations
