Assistant Project Manager - HRIS

Responsibilities

Manage, advise and support users with HR technology and tools such as Workday, People Soft, UKG Scheduling/Time & Attendance and Talent Link
Drive HR digital initiatives and aligning teams
Proactively manage changes to HR projects, including scope, schedule, quality, and costs
Build and manage relationships with internal teams and vendors
Identify communication and training needs and developing appropriate materials
Anticipate and proactively resolve risks and issues

Requirements

Ability to coordinate and align roundtable of internal stakeholders including HR and IT, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives, milestones or reach consensus
Solution orientated with ability to drive positive outcomes and narrow gaps in understanding
Highly adaptable to changing priorities
Team player and willing to contribute the ‘extra mile’ when required
Exposure to either HR digital transformation projects, consulting or software implementations
