RESIDENT SITE STAFF
We are looking for the following site staff for Extension of Lam Tai Fai College.

ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER (TCP T3)
Responsibilities
Act as TCP T3 in RSE stream and RGE stream
Carry out site investigation works supervision and/or conduct design coordination
Ensure the structural and geotechnical works are complying with the regulation and procedures
Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site
Control and monitor the testing & commissioning activities
Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
Perform other duties on contract management as designated

Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of total relevant working experience
Shall be eligible for TCP T3 in RSE stream and RGE stream under Building Ordinance
Adaptable, well organized and independent
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

The tentative employment period will be about 10 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in Sep 2024 .
