Derivatives, client services associate

Our client is a global exchange who is looking for client services professional with a strong knowlege of derivative products to work with the operations teams helping financial services clients trade.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform operations monitoring in the derivative markets; including analysis, setting up trading programs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing, product development and IT on market-maker programs and initiatives
• Liaise with market-makers to improve performance and assist clients
• Adhoc projects

The ideal candidate will have a business degree and 3 years working in the financial industry, ideally with some derivatives experience, as well a strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Mainland China cash and derivative products.
Technical experience of VBA and some programming language would be a plus for this role.
