Title: Seasoned HR Generalist - Financial Services
Location: Hong Kong

About the Role:
Our client is an US headquartered financial services firm who is looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will report into the Head of HR, APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR operations team, including performance management, professional development, and capacity planning
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems, tools, and workflows to streamline HR processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR operations
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve the employee experience through enhancements to HR service delivery
• Internal Mobility: permanent transfers and international assignments
• Accurate data updates and workflows for People data in Workday
• Partner with Senior HR and business leaders to identify critical decisions or topics that require in-depth analysis
• Stakeholder updates, instilling insights from your analysis to clearly communicate with business leaders to drive understanding and action.
• Involve in various HR projects

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in HR generalist role
• Experience working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational initiatives and activities, with strategic objectives of the business
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Solid decision-making skills
