Associate: Debt Finance

- Acting for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions
- Managing day-to-day communication involved in ensuring that deals are running smoothly – conveying information to clients, outside parties, and responding to queries and requests.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
- Admission in Australia, England & Wales, Singapore, or Hong Kong
- Newly Qualified – PQE 2 years
- Experience in general banking finance, broad exposure preferable consisting of a combination of, leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured)
- Experience in a top tier international firm
- Fluent in Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple projects
- Client service focus and commercial awareness
- Team player
- Strong judgment
