The Opportunity

As an Associate, you will apply good judgment and excellent analytical skills to your work. Highly organised and self-motivated, you’ll be a team player with a strong professional presence and client focus. Key responsibilities


  • Acting for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions
  • Managing day-to-day communication involved in ensuring that deals are running smoothly – conveying information to clients, outside parties, and responding to queries and requests.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.


The skills and attributes we are looking for

  • Admission in Australia, England & Wales, Singapore, or Hong Kong
  • Newly Qualified – PQE 2 years
  • Experience in general banking finance, broad exposure preferable consisting of a combination of, leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured)
  • Experience in a top tier international firm
  • Fluent in Mandarin is strongly preferred
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker
  • Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple projects
  • Client service focus and commercial awareness
  • Team player
  • Strong judgment
