Client Details:
Our client is a reputable real estate developer who develops residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the team.

Job Description:
Oversee a sizable team in handling full set of accounts and consolidation work

Prepare month end reports, analysis and schedules

Monitor financial covenant and participate in project management

Handle annual audit and interim review, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors

Supervise accounting team to ensure the quality of work and operation efficiency

Prepare analytical review base on financial data and provide strategic solution to top management to improve overall business performance

Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company

Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting or any related disciplines

Qualified accountant (HKICPA/ ACCA) with minimum 10 years' relevant experience

Exposure in HK real estate industry, Preferably with Big4 Experiences

Familiarity in property development is a plus

Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

Good team player with can do attitude

Full-time
