Job Overview

Responsibilities

Assisting with daily leasing tasks and administrative duties

Dealing with payment requests, and settlements

Handling basic leasing documents

Maintaining an organized filing system for the department

Performing other assigned ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Higher diploma or above

One to two years' work experience in related fields

Document and rental arrangement knowledge

Familiar with leasing management software is preferred

Fluent in Chinese, English and Mandarin
