Our client is a long standing local conglomerate with different business ventures. They are now looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to supporting growing businesses.

Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of company secretarial work

Responsible for corporate governance and compliance functions for the listed group and private subsidiaries

Prepare agenda, minutes and resolutions of the board / shareholders meetings, company documents, annual reports, and other corporate communications and filings

Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
Qualified company secretary with a minimum of 5 years working experience

Associate Member of HKCGI

Excellent English and Chinese writing skill is essential. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must

Have good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility

Able to work independently and attentive to details
