Summary:
Our client is a retail company and reports into IT Manager, you will support their new stores opening projects, IT system's operations and end-user IT support.

Responsibilities:
Reports into Hong Kong's IT Manager

Provide IT support to internal users

Perform routine IT infrastructure and network administration/ maintenance

Perform troubleshoot to resolve technical incidents

Support and coordinate new store opening projects on IT device installation

Requirements:
Diploma or above holder in IT

With 3+ years' work experience in an IT Support/ System Administrator role

Work experience from retail and/or F&B sector preferred

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Mandarin and Cantonese)

Familiar with desktop, end-point and network infrastructure technologies
