IT Support/ IT Helpdesk Support

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues via phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
- Assist in IT projects and system upgrades.
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or any other related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for clear communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
