- Manage full-range purchasing duties, including new product development, sourcing, procurement, exports, and order follow-up mainly from Belgium
- Stay updated on new trends and technologies in the industry
- Select and develop new suppliers
- Directly engage with factories in China for production, shipment, and timely delivery
- Communicate with different entities for product development and coordinate production
- Manage supplier performance and negotiate prices
- Follow up on orders, oversee the procurement process, and arrange shipments
- Regularly visit factories to assess supplier capabilities
- Monitor quality control inspections and results
- Coordinate with the project team on-site for HK & Asia projects
- Diploma holder or above with experience in interior design, festive decoration or lighting and digital industry
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international trade business
- Experience in handling full-range purchasing duties and order follow-up
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Familiarity with lighting or smart LED products and affinity for working with different materials
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, ability to handle and follow up on multiple tasks independently within timelines
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month
