Responsibilities:
Responsible for materials and products sourcing, handling and monitoring the bidding procedures including tender document preparation, analysis and negotiation;
Coordinate the selection of building materials and interior finishing products
Responsible for supplier recommendation and selection, building up of network with various parties;
Factory inspection for quality monitoring and sourcing.
On-site technical support
Follow up post contract monitoring

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Purchasing / Supply Chain or related disciplines
3 years or above relevant working experience in procurement of building materials or others in construction industry.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
Specialist in construction materials and products is preferred.
