Network Engineer Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the team in project execution.
Independently carry out network construction and implementation work according to project requirements, and document related work.
Proficient in network technologies and protocols such as ISIS/ OSPF/ BGP/ MPLS/ VXLAN/ WLAN.
Familiar with operating systems, servers, storage, virtualization, and related knowledge.
Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of NE/ CE/ S/ AR series network products, USG/ Eudemon series security products, AP/ AC series wireless products, and NCE/ e Sight series network management products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/ Software/ Telecommunications/ Electronics or related fields.
3+ years of experience in network construction, implementation, and operations and maintenance management in telecom operators, network system integrators, or large and medium-sized enterprises.
Familiar with network monitoring and performance tuning methods, capable of troubleshooting network and application issues through packet analysis.
Strong learning ability, effective communication skills, and a good sense of teamwork.
Experience with TD technology.
Holding an HCIE certification is a plus and will be given preference.
Good command of both English and Chinese.
