Infrastructure Engineer

- Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, servers, storage devices, and other IT infrastructure equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for network and system issues
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and updates to ensure the stability and security of the IT environment
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement solution changes and enhancements
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related concerns and inquiries
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-related roles, with preference given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience
- Proficiency in computer networks and protocols such as TCP/ IP and familiarity with Oracle databases is preferable
- Experience in solution changes and technical leadership (TL) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, including installation and debugging experience with Open Stack, Manage One, Fusion Compute, Fusion Access, Fusionsphere, etc.
- Possession of HCIE-Cloud and HCIE-Storage certifications is preferred
- Familiarity with V3 storage, Ocean Stor T V2 series storage, and SNS series storage devices
- Familiar with the installation and debugging of RH series and E9000 series servers.
- Proficient in the installation and debugging of servers, switches, firewalls, and other equipment.
- Good command of both English and Chinese.
