Leasing Officer 租務主任
職責：
  • Search, identify and recommend potential site according to the requirement of strategic site plan for the expansion of store network 根據門市網路擴張策略選址規劃的要求，搜尋、識別和推薦潛在選址
  • Establish business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies 與房東和房地產中介機構建立業務網絡
  • Conduct analysis of identified sites taking into account of geographic, area demographics and sales potential to support the opening of new store 考慮地理、地區人口統計和銷售潛力，對已確定的地點進行分析，以支持新店的開設
  • Work closely with internal departments (Sales Operations, Store Development etc.) to ensure the smooth opening of new store and negotiate with landlord, management office to address property management issues 與內部部門（銷售營運、店鋪開發等）密切合作，確保新店順利開業，並與房東、管理處協商解決物業管理問題
  • Perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, property investment and asset & tenant management 執行租賃相關工作，包括場地收購、租約續約談判、租賃管理、物業投資以及資產和租戶管理
  • Handle all matters related to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals of outlets and legal compliance 處理與現有物業組合相關的所有事宜，包括門市租金續約和法律合規
要求：
  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property / Facility Management, Surveying or related disciplines 擁有房地產、物業/設施管理、測量或相關學科學位
  • 2-3 years' working experience in Hong Kong real estate and in leasing of commercial / retail / F&B properties 2-3年香港房地產及商業/零售/餐飲物業租賃工作經驗
  • Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is preferable 有管理大量零售連鎖店經驗者優先
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 良好的中英文口說和書寫能力
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point 熟練使用 MS Word、Excel 和 Power Point
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills, detail-minded and willing to work under pressures 優秀的溝通與談判能力，注重細節，願意承受工作壓力
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer 經驗豐富的候選人將被考慮擔任高級租務主任
