The Summary
As a campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing FWD digital commerce marketing campaigns to drive awareness, customer engagement and support our business objectives. You will be responsible for the overall campaign management, including market research, target audience segmentation, content development and execution, digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results.
The Job
Develop impactful data-driven full funnel marketing strategic plan to drive the commercialization of the digital channel
Develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets and ensure timely and cost-effective campaign completion
Serve as brand reviewer of all digital commerce communications assets
Develop and execute SEO strategies (both content & technical aspects) to drive ambitious business growth.Plan and execute blog conversion optimization ideas
Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
Collaborate with creative and media agencies from briefing, negotiation, proper messaging, timing to execution of multi-channel campaigns
Work closely with acquisition teams and other internal partners to align sales and marketing strategies
Adhere to the internal process, external regulations and brand guidelines
Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation
The Person
Degree in Marketing, Communication, ecommerce or equivalent
12+ years of experience in digital marketing with prove track record in full funnel marketing campaign,
Embrace data analysis including market trends, competitors’ movement, customer behavior, campaign evaluation
Experience in managing big-scale integrated marketing campaign
Banking/Finance/General Insurance/Life Insurance market experience will be an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Strong agency network and management skill
Ability to manage and elevate multiple vendors and agencies
Holistic understanding Full funnel digital marketing
Strong Chinese Copywriting skill will be an advantage
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word-processing
