We are renowned in Hong Kong for our dispute resolution practice and our team has extensive experience in advising global and domestic clients in resolving disputes that arise through the different kinds of processes that are commonly in use, including alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation. Our emphasis is on the cost-effective resolution of our clients' problems, within the context of their overall objectives.

We have an opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer (1 to 4 PQE) in our dispute resolution practice. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in advising clients on commercial disputes, particularly in regulatory matters, with the following capabilities:

Hong Kong qualified. Qualifications in another jurisdiction a plus but not mandatory
Commercially aware, demonstrating an understanding of what clients want and the sector more generally, including risks and opportunities
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legal principles
Self-motivated with an interest in a broad variety of work
Maintains knowledge of legal development
Engaged, well presented, effective communication skills and a passion for this area of practice
Chinese language capability is a must (both written in traditional and simplified Chinese and spoken - Mandarin and Cantonese)
