Food & Beverage (F&B) is one of the key Service Revenue product lines. Service Revenue
Events, Virtual Office, Coworking, Community, and Food & Beverage) is a new department
driving increased profit across product lines through innovation and centralization of key
drive efficiency and synergies. There is a centralised Service Revenue HQ Team (SR HQ Team
combined with Regional Leaders and City Local BDs that provide support across all 36 cities
TEC network, all sharing the ultimate goal of driving maximum profit for TEC.
The F&B Associate will be a member of the Service Revenue HQ Team, focused on maximizing
within the F&B product line. They will support and drive a variety of projects focused on brand
product development, marketing, systems, data tracking and miscellaneous tasks.
Brand & Product Development

• Assist with the roll-out of new initiatives, including but not limited to: communicating with local

teams; coordinating with other departments within HQ; developing SOPs and presentations to
make these roll-outs as smooth as realistically possible.

• Help with F&B product design and development for existing centres and new centre

expansions.

• Where required, lead product & market research for better implementation of new projects.
• Work on the development of internal and external pitch decks for F&B.
• Support the integrations of new and existing systems, as well as system enhancements to

improve utility for both internal teams and TEC Members.

• Support with the design and development of new collateral, marketing materials and brand

guidelines for F&B and Origo.

Marketing Strategy & Support

• Assist in the development of F&B inputs for a global marketing calendar, including key events

and promotions that will drive increased sales.

• Work with local teams to understand their specific marketing needs.
• Collaborate with SR HQ Team and TEC marketing team to execute campaigns and track their

performance.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to communicate changes in F&B inventory and product

offerings (both marketing and internal systems teams).
Data Tracking

• Assist with data analysis and data consolidation for F&B projects.
• Support ongoing ROI analysis of various F&B projects, provide qualitative input where helpful

as well.

• If necessary, assist with F&B budgeting process for next fiscal year.

Miscellaneous

• F&B is a new product, and as such there are inevitably going to be large-scale changes that

take place at a rapid pace as we grow. You will also be required to be adaptable to these
changes, and perform duties that do not fall directly within this Job Description, however
always in alignment with the ultimate goal of ethically generating more profit for TEC.
