Associate Specialist, Ticketing Services (Short Term)

The Associate Specialist, Ticketing Services is responsible for the exciting behind-the-scenes functions that keep the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort operating effectively. This position will focus on Products and price creation, configuration and administration in Ticketing Systems. The incumbent would be expected to be strong attention to details and accuracy, and able to provide deliverables with high quality standards and within the tight schedule.
Responsibilities

As a business analyst to administer the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) ticketing systems (Galaxy) and translate the business requirements for the new Galaxy products to the technical requirements in the Galaxy-related product setup

Create Galaxy-related products (including pricing) accurately and in very short turnaround time according to business requirements

Work closely with different lines of business to transform new sales/product ideas to market and modernize the related processes continuously

Collaborate with teams to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company goals, and the related business processes complies with the related requirements, including the regular document preparation for SOX compliance and audit

Perform UAT and end-to-end testing for new product launch and system change

Assist to conduct regular user account control and review

Assist the development and maintenance of guidelines, communications and procedures

Prepare training material and supports to all users at Front of House and Back of House locations
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Tourism, Operation Management, and Industrial Engineering related disciplines
-
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
-
Knowledge in hotel and ticketing system would be an advantage
-
Knowledge in Galaxy, Opera, and Business Objects (BO) are required
-
Independent, demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Self-motivated with excellent partnership, interpersonal and communications skills
-
Strong problem solving skills, with an aptitude for identifying creative solutions
-
High integrity and uphold confidentiality
-
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Immediately available candidate is strongly preferred
