The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for Treasures Offshore, Regional Treasures, and Treasures New Channel Development. In addition, the role will support marketing operations and internal communications, including CBG Events, Vendor Management and Marketing Governance.
Responsibilities

• Join HO as M1/2/3 member, contribute to squad meetings with marketing ideas & competitor updates.
• Lead the planning and implementation of campaigns and promotions for both Treasures offshore, regional customers and new channels, covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, product adoption, and loyalty.
• Develop strategies and recommend solutions to HO for brand building and acquisition. Contribute to customer acquisition through paid media, both offline and online, including social media.
• Manage agencies and vendors (creative & media agencies, design houses, and printers) to deliver quality and timely marketing campaigns, including above-the-line, below-the-line, POS materials, and social media.
• Maintain a good tracking system for post-program evaluation; work with business team to measure ROI from key campaigns and promotion. Develop strategies to increase marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Group Strategic & Marketing Communications and various business units to conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Support internal events such as the CBG Sales Awards and town hall meetings as needed, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and coordinate CBG Award Strategies, including submission processes and managing related activities for timely recognition.
• Oversee vendor management to ensure seamless execution of all marketing activities and quality deliverables.
• Maintaining financial discipline and ensuring that advertising and promotion efforts are well-aligned with budgets.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to monitor marketing activities, identifying potential opportunities and threats for strategic planning.
• Support the People of Purpose movement by participating in volunteering work.

Accountabilities

• Support business KPI of Offshore Affluent Segment by delivering marketing campaigns according to plan in an accurate & timely manner
• Support marketing operations and internal communications for CBG Marketing and Marketing Communications department
• Manage and oversee marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources

Responsibilities

• University graduate with degree in Business, Marketing, PR or Communications
• Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in integrated campaign management (candidate with less experience will be considered for SA or Asso grade).
• Experience in event planning and execution and attention to details and adherence to financial and time constraints
• Develop award strategy, submission and coordination
• Creative minded, detail-oriented, and good project management & presentation skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
