Key Accountabilities
- Assist in ongoing administration of existing private trust and ESOP accounts in accordance to the company standard；
- Assist in the performance of the required Know Your Client “KYC” due diligence and documentation for new client on-boarding and existing client periodic review in compliance with the company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements；
- Maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external parties including clients, private bankers, lawyers and service agents；
- Support the marketing activities of our trust and wealth planning services to the private bankers and other business units；
- Participate in projects assigned on occasion for continuous business maintenance/risk management and such other duties as shall be directed by the superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Degree holder in business or business related disciplines；
- 2-5 years of experience in trust administration gain in bank or professional firm；
- Prior knowledge in trust, tax, legal and accounting will be advantages；
- Professional qualification awarded by The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or Hong Kong Trustees’ Association (HKTA) will be an advantage；
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills；
- Good team player, willing to learn, attention to details and quality work outputs；
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, including spoken Mandarin；
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Trust Administrator.
