We are looking for a Bell Attendant ( 行李服務員) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Bell Attendant, we rely on you to:
Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel

Operate the doors and welcome/farewell all guests

Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency

Escort guests upon arrival at the Hotel to the Reception Desk

Assist in coordinating departure transportation

Deliver newspapers / messages and packages to/from the guest rooms

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum a year of experience in the Hotel or Service Industry

Responsible, customer-oriented and outgoing team player

Good communication skills

有責任心、顧客至上、外向

良好溝通能力
