We are looking for a Concierge Host based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Concierge Host, we rely on you to:
Provide updated and relevant information for guests, including local attractions, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations/confirmation etc.

Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property

Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage

Ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage

Maintain proper records for all guests’ deliveries

Arrange transportation for guests upon request

We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant experience in the Hotel Industry, fresh graduates are also welcome

Responsible, customer-oriented, outgoing team player

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
