DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Chief Concierge in manpower allocation
  • Follow the procedures on luggage related matters and ensure the Concierge associates are well followed
  • Assist in tracing guest dislocated or lost luggage upon request
  • Report all irregularities to the Chief Concierge and seek assistance from Duty Manager whenever needed
  • Deputize Chief Concierge in his absence
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
  • Holder of Hong Kong Driving License No. 1 & 2
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Concierge in hotel or similar capacity
  • Hardworking, willing to work on shift duties and overtime
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
