BIM Coordinator (Ref: 20324T3)

- Coordinate and assist in BIM implementation by managing all BIM deliverables.
- Responsible for technical project drawings and maintaining or amending BIM models to ensure the quality of the created model is suitable for construction work.
- Responsible for creating and updating the building information model based on the updated information.
- Offer training in Revit/Navisworks or related software.
- Provide technical support for internal engineers or other BIM users.
- Hold a Higher Diploma (HD) or above in an Architectural/Engineering (M&E, Structural etc.) related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of BIM experience.
- Minimum 1 year of practical BIM project experience as a BIM Coordinator.
- Familiarity with Autodesk BIM Solutions (Auto CAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks), and common BIM applications such as clash mitigation, documentation, quantification, etc.
- HKCIC Certified BIM Coordinator and/or HKIBIM associate member will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
