Job Responsibilities:
Formulate brand PR strategy : communicate needs based on brand events and core products, develop project PR strategy, PR content and PR topics, and enhance brand voice;

Prepare PR releases: be responsible for the company's major thematic communications; develop communication programs, write paperwork, and carry out creative planning according to important communication milestones; write and edit high-quality press releases to ensure accurate information and compliance with NASDAQ disclosure requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance of press release content; prepare press releases, speeches, and other PR materials to tell the brand story;

PR construction: participate in the development and implementation of the company's PR strategy, including crisis management and brand promotion; establish and constantly expand and maintain a PR network in line with the needs of the company's capital operation and business; assist the company to carry out capital operation and business development and other related work from the perspective of public relations; participate in the handling of temporary and sudden events, responsible for the company's crisis communication and rapid response in major or unexpected matters, and responsible for the development of strategies and work plan landing; continuously track the capital market dynamics as well as media reports, monitor public opinion, pay attention to and assist in the collection of news and research reports of the company and the industry, timely report and assist in dealing with public opinion matters that may have an impact on the company, assist in reviewing and approving the release of news and research reports, and maintain the company's good image in the capital market.

Handle unexpected public opinion: systematic management of corporate/brand public opinion, real-time monitoring of public opinion dynamics across the Internet, timely detection and evaluation of potential negative information and formulation of contingency plans; formulation of crisis PR and public opinion management strategies; PR crisis management and public opinion tracking. Responsible for the monitoring of the company's public opinion : continuously pay attention to the news media, listed companies on the Internet, the company's customers and companies in the same industry, and collect and organize the related information; take relevant measures in a timely manner when abnormalities in the company's public opinion are found and report them to the secretary of the board of directors. Continuously track the capital market dynamics as well as media reports, monitor public opinion, pay attention to and assist in the collection of news and research reports of the company and the industry, timely report and assist in dealing with public opinion matters that may have an impact on the company, assist in reviewing and approving the release of news and research reports, and maintain the company's good image in the capital market.

Research industry dynamics: actively understand the latest developments in the upstream and downstream areas of paper and sanitary personal care products, and be familiar with the operation of the global media. Collect and research industry-related policies;

Overall planning of public strategy for the group's main brand;

Establish, maintain, deal with, and negotiate with the industrial and commercial authority, the publicity authority and other government departments;

Expand and maintain relations and cooperate with the local industry associations and the media;

Expand media relations, and monitor communication reports and industry trends, to provide the basis for the company's decision-making; prepare speeches and public speaking materials for the company's senior management;

Organize the company's regular performance release meeting, and prepare relevant data, analysis, and manuscripts for the company's management;

Be responsible for the daily operation of the company's official website and Official Accounts, including the writing, editing and publishing of articles, videos, galleries and other original works; responsible for the dissemination of the value of the company's capital brand, communication with and maintenance of investors, analysts and the media, and investor relationship management and shareholder information management;

Assist the secretary of the board of directors to coordinate and maintain the relationship with regulatory authorities and intermediary institutions, to ensure that the company's related work is carried out as scheduled;

Manage the press release process, including coordination with PR firms and media; monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the press release, including media coverage and investor feedback;

Be responsible for the budget cost management for annual PR planning, etc.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in PR or media;

Experience working as a business media journalist, product PR, brand PR, etc.;

Strong content writing skills and ability to write independently;

Good learning and communication skills, able to quickly learn PR strategies of various brands, master the characteristics of various media platforms and provide effective support to other departments, achievement-oriented.
