Tai Sang Land Development Limited, diversifies investment portfolios to include godown, shops, commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong as well as overseas, invites applications for the following position: -

Responsibilities:
Monitor and review of relevant safety procedures and policies to ensure they are implemented to the required standard
Monitor individual and team performance to maintain and improve the service provided by external specialist contractors
Provide local knowledge and supervision of internal and external maintenance works
Ensure that contracted work is carried out with minimum disruption, within specified time and to acceptable standard
Other duties as required by Manager, Projects & Building Services

Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Building Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Studies or equivalent related subjects
Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
Professional Diploma in occupational Health and Safety which is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in building maintenance and fitting-out work
Hands-on experience in managing building maintenance, site coordination and emergency repair works
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with Microsoft Office for report writing knowledge of Auto CAD is an advantage
Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (e.g. Minor Works System)
Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
