Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end implementation process for core enterprise software systems, including project planning, configuration, testing, and go-live coordination.

Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to validate system functionality, usability, and data integrity.

Develop and maintain integrations between the core system and other applications/databases to enable the flow of critical data for reporting and analytics.

Provide technical training and support to end-users on core system capabilities and integration touchpoints.

Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate the resolution of problems with vendors/IT teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to optimize data exchange processes and reporting capabilities.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 2 years working experience, with solid Business Analyst experience, preferably in IT Projects

Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
