Responsibilities

• Deliver the full range of procurement services, such as sourcing, preparing quotation/tender documents and reports, issuing purchase orders, drafting contracts and managing vendors
• Work closely with users to draft tender/quotation specifications
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Business Administration/Procurement/Supply Chain Management/ Information Technology is preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• A good command of written/spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and Excel
• Effective communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of e-Tendering System and working experience in publicly funded institutions/higher education sector will be an advantage

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
