Membership Liaison and Service

Chief Officer (Ref No: HKCSS/090/2024)
Two-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• To head up the unit and be responsible for maintaining close communications with Agency Members for addressing and participation in the issues of social service
• To spearhead the development of membership services that engage, develop, empower, and support the diverse needs of Agency Members
• To organize a variety of learning and exchange activities for different agency members
• To facilitate collaboration among Agency Members, the sector and the government
• To support the Steering/ Advisory Committees by providing secretariat support and assisting in the formulation, implementation, and review of the business plan aligned with strategic objectives
• Assist the Business Director in developing and implementing various sector-level initiatives to drive positive changes

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Social Work, Social Policy or related discipline
• A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience in social welfare service, with managerial experience
• Sound knowledge of local NGOs landscape and welfare development
• Close network with NGOs and related professions will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and engagement skills, self-motivated and visionary

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
