Responsibilities:
Manage the team and daily operations to provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients;

Implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the base of clientele and explore new business opportunities;

Solicit new client relationships, and maintain good relationship with existing clients;

Lead in handling all kinds of enquiries and complaints, provide filtering and escalation for client requests and serve as the escalation point for client service issues and deliverables;

Establish service standards and ensure these are understood by team members and all internal support groups;

Work closely with our Account Executives and clients in executing Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency;

Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance.

Requirements:
Tertiary educated;

At least 3 years’ experience in client servicing, including 2 years in management level;

Hands on experience in handling complaints and providing professional customer services to VIPs;

Proven record of establishing service standards and standard operation procedures;

High ability in developing and maintaining good relationships with the clients;

High level of customer service orientation, sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;

Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;

Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded;

Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
