Key elements of the job:
Handle full range of company secretarial matters for companies within the Group, including incorporation of onshore and offshore companies;

Ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory filing and reporting matters, including compliance with the Companies Ordinance and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;

Prepare minutes and resolutions for board/shareholders/committee meetings and other corporate documents;

Assist in preparing documents and handling enquiries for local and oversea bank account opening, other corporate account opening and license application;

Serve as a reliable contact point to internal matters and consolidation of various reports, contracts and projects with various stakeholders;

Provide all-rounded co-ordination works and administrative support to Senior Management in a professional manner

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

The ideal candidate:
Degree holder in relevant discipline;

At least 3 years’ company secretarial relevant experience (in the FI, banking, or insurance sector is preferred);

Good written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential;

Good interpersonal skills, responsible, independent, self-motivated, detail oriented and a good team player;

Immediately available is highly preferred
