Responsibilities
The duties are to provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for the Legal Department to serve all colleagues.
Draft agendas, take minutes and convey decisions of the Board and shareholders made at AGMs;
Ensure corporate filings in compliance with statutory duties;
Keep up to date with regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the Group;
Maintain records, organize files, and handle paperwork;
Answer and return phone calls, screen calls, and take messages;
Manage information flow within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate communication;
Handle travel receipts and expense reports;
Be flexible and resourceful in handling unexpected situations;
Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters;
Work closely with other team members and departments;
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements
Chartered Secretary of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and/or substantial experience in carrying out the required duties;
Positive working attitude and be a good team player who is also able to work independently;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Organised, efficient, detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
