Established in Hong Kong in 1994, China Investment Information Services Limited (CIIS) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), acts as the sole overseas agent of SSE market data.
CIIS provides licensing and technical connection of mainland China major exchanges market data to overseas information vendors, and overseas exchanges market data to mainland China information vendors, through China Investment Information Platform (CIIP) since 2010. We have also built up a professional industry cloud platform to provide outstanding services to market participants and additional channel for redistribution.
We are expanding and currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department.

Responsibilities
Act as primary or secondary auditor in market data compliance audits, prepare audit reports and transform massive data into meaningful analysis reports
Perform checking on unauthorized use and dissemination of market data and coordinate solution with relevant parties
Translate internal policies and guidelines into practice, review and make suggestions to ensure operating procedures to ensure alignment.
Handle day-to-day operations such as client usage report importation, client invoice and payment follow up etc.
Other ad-hoc back-office work

Requirements:
Degree holder or above, major in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant discipline
1 year finance, accounting, audit or equivalent experience; Candidates with less experience may be considered for Compliance and Audit Associate
Fresh graduates are also welcome
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, able to complete repetitive tasks efficiently
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, strong written skills in Chinese and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in other data analytics tools is a plus
