A construction/engineering company is urgently required the qualified candidate to fill up the following vacancy:

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction projects including progress and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for progress of works
• Able to handle contracts correspondence and resolve site problems independently
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
• Actively identify and convert potential client engagements into meaningful business opportunities;
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients;
• Collaborate closely with teams to broaden our project pipeline and cultivate a network of partners

Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
Corporate Member of the Hong Kong institution of Engineers or equivalent in Civil Engineerig discipline

Minimum experience:
12 years of relevant post-qualification experience inconstruction contracts: and

(i) shall have a minimum 6 years of proven experience as Construction Manager / Project Manager in a main contractor with overal responsibility for road and drainage works;and

(ii) in which minimum years of proven experience as Construction Manager in the use of NEC ECC contracts; or be an accredited or certified NEC Project Manager or Service Manager recognised by an intenational or local professional construction-related professional institution/institute; or have successfully completed a recognised training course for NEC Project Manager or Service Manager.
