Manager, Financial Reporting (IFRS17)

- Collaborate with the IFRS 17 finance operations team to support Business Units (BUs) in the production of IFRS 17 results using standardized Group solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of IFRS 17 financial statements and reports.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Act as a key point of contact for IFRS 17 related inquiries and support across the Asia timezone.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS, EEV, and Groupwide Supervisory Regime.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for regulatory submissions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial reporting framework.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in financial reporting and consolidation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience with Group consolidation processes and reporting tools, preferably Onestream.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
