As our teammate, you will

• Conduct warm calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products
• Develop and expand strong relationships with customers over the phone
• Listen attentively to identify customer needs and concerns, tailoring insurance solutions that align with their wellbeing requirements and budgets
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms to customers clearly and accurately
• Meet individual and team sales targets

Work Hours & Location

• Monday - Friday (10:00am - 7:00pm); off on weekends and Public Holidays
• Mei Foo (near MTR station)

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in telesales, preferably in insurance industry
• Passed IIQE Paper I, III (Paper II will be an advantage)
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
