Contract Clerk - Wealth Management Operations

- Process and receive Private Banking clients’ orders and dealing tickets executed via Investment Product and Advisory Department and Relationship Managers.
- Record and verify all the Private Banking clients’ instructions duly completed and availability of funds and stocks for securities transactions.
- Process hold funds and clients’ applications for securities transactions executed via Relationship Managers.
- Reconcile daily securities transactions and orders records.
- Process client’s securities transfer.
- Consolidate regular weekly and monthly report, including MIS report, transaction monitoring report, daily/weekly deposit and loan balance report,computer / data subscription expense report, monthly RM MIS report
- Form 7 graduate or above preferred
- HKIB or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
- Preferable 3 years’ experience in banking sector
- Sound knowledge in customer account operations or private banking operations.
- Good understanding of AML regulatory requirements and relevant internal policies and guidelines, procedures, practices and rules.
- Knowledge of the private banking products and services is preferable.
