- Supervise and execute daily deliveries by routing and scheduling vehicles and delivery teams’ activities.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Ensure internal standards are met throughout the product delivery process.
- Arrange product pick-up bookings by liaising with internal departments and external contractors.
- Comply with, document, and participate in regular audits.
- Ensure workplace safety by coordinating regular vehicle maintenance and enforcing proper work procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and file operational and worker data, records, notices, reports, statistics, and logs.
- Monitor the performance of workers and contractors.
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Transport Management, Logistics Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution services or logistics.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles and a valid driving license are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Self-motivated, good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
