Position Overview: We are seeking a Product Coordinator who can effectively manage product coordination and build strong client relationships. Experience with lab furniture and fume hoods is an advantage for all applicants, and even candidates for junior positions are welcome if they are eager to learn and develop in this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:
Order coordination from design to delivery.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Develop product knowledge to support installation and troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep on schedule and within scope.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills for client interactions.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Auto CAD is an MUST
(For Senior Level) At least 3 years of relevant experience.
(For Junior Level) Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of related experience are welcome.
Experience with lab furniture and fume hoods is an advantage, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply for junior positions.
Experience with steel or wood furniture is a plus, but not essential.
